Flowers were poppin' everywhere in Provo!
This conch was lunch! Fresh conch on the beach is delicious!!!
If you look closely you can see the conch inside it's shell....(for now)
Little Parrot fish of some sort, I thought they only ate coral...
These Strawberry Grouper were bait...actually turned into Barracuda bait!
Jodi caught the nicest looking grouper on this outing!
I caught at least one, it was tiny though...
Another fish for Brian, not sure what kind of fish this is, but looks parrotfish-like!
Chip - Brian - Jodi - Kim -- looking good in the Turks and Caicos!!!
Many of the beaches were completely empty! It was fabulous....
Pringles was our Captain and he prepared the conch salad for lunch. Tomatoes, green pepper, onion, lemon juice, and Tabasco (plus maybe a few more ingredients)..
This is "JoJo" who resides .... in the sea. It's a he, and he visited us on our way out for the day!
We also visited another almost empty beach named Malcolm Beach on Northwest Point, this beach was serene.
Jodi and Kim did some shopping for a picnic (Thank You) and we all enjoyed it.
The water was so clear and it was also nice and calm, perfect for snorkeling and appreciating all the underwater life around. There was a big fat lobster just off shore, but it was not in season so he stayed put!
It's hard to tell, but the water was so nice and clear!
After dinner one night the Provo Paparazzi were after Kim!
...but she was wily and quick
Even almost got the "money" shot in the backseat, but Kim foiled the would be paparazzi!
I think this was dinner at Sharkbite, very good seafood.
Jodi and Brian chillin' before dinner arrived.
IGA was the place to be, beer was ridiculous at $12 bucks a SIX PACK!
Look closely and you'll see a turtle.
Horse Eye Jack's bar in the Blue Hills section of Provo. Excellent place for sunsets...
Word has it that there is great bone fishing in these flats.. didn't have enough time to test out the rumor.
These two homes are under construction located by Smith's Reef and Turtle Cove Marina...
a view from the ocean.... These are awesome locations!
This bird was hunting for lizards!
The end of Day 1 dives: (Land of Giants & Ton's of Sponges)
Check out the breaking waves, it's the barrier reef on Provo.
Christian was navigating the boat back into port at Turtle Cove after the second day of diving.
Brian taking a load off in the hammock at Horse Eye Jack's!
Sunset!
More brilliant by the second!
Take me back please!!!!
Bonefish, where are you?
Whole fried Snapper!
Jodi and Kim looking gorgeous!!!
MUCH prettier than Brian and his Bonefish on fly....(right?)
Fish on (this bone got into the backing in no time) made a HUGE run, but didn't break off!
Landed! Brian brought two of these guys into the boat! This is the first one.
and of course the second one was bigger!
